Coxen Code LLC operates coxencode.com. It is a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States, and operates in the United States. Privacy requests: privacy@coxencode.com. Nice Recap support: support@nicerecap.app. General inquiries: hello@coxencode.com.

These website provisions do not automatically govern future apps or replace a store’s software license. Where a particular service requires an agreement, its terms will be presented for acceptance in that service. Merely browsing this site is not treated here as acceptance of an app agreement.

2. Information and product availability

Nice Recap is not yet available. Website previews and illustrative layouts may change. No release date has been announced, and this website does not accept app, template, or subscription purchases. Preview descriptions do not guarantee a price, feature entitlement, beta place, or release date.

3. Contact and optional notifications

Send inquiries that you are entitled to make, provide accurate reply details, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Contact messages do not subscribe you to marketing. The privacy notice explains information handled through direct email and the existing website forms.

This company website does not provide a launch waitlist. Optional notifications on nicerecap.app have their own signup information and choices.

4. Website content and third-party names

Our website text, software, branding, and illustrative assets remain ours or our licensors’ unless stated otherwise. You may view the site and share links to it. Any further copying or reuse must respect the applicable license and rights that the law provides. Illustrative examples use sample data and are labeled accordingly. Third-party names identify possible integrations and do not imply endorsement or partnership.

5. Acceptable use and external services

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit content that infringes another person’s rights, distribute malware, interfere with security, impersonate someone, or bypass form restrictions. These provisions do not limit interoperability, accessibility, research, or other rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict. External links lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Privacy and consent

The website privacy and cookies notices explain website processing. Website use or agreement to these terms does not provide consent for optional marketing or other processing requiring separate consent. The Nice Recap availability page gives its current status; it is not an app release privacy policy.

7. Availability and mandatory rights

We may update the website and restrict abusive form use for security or legal reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access or unchanged previews. Nothing here excludes warranties, remedies, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including mandatory consumer protections.

8. Changes, applicable law, and questions

The update date identifies this version. Material changes to an agreement apply prospectively, with notice or acceptance where required by law. To the extent these provisions form an agreement and applicable law permits, Wyoming law governs without removing mandatory protections or court rights available under the law of your residence.
